We would like to invite you to the farm to celebrate our expansion, see how our facility is growing, honor our local heroes, and help raise funds to keep this program free for participants during our First Responders Fall Farm Fest.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

First Responders Fall Farm Fest is Back the Blue Illinois signature fundraising event of the year with HOPE Therapeutic Riding Center Inc. and provides exposure to thousands of community members, donors, volunteers and participants.  The sponsorship opportunities offer multiple marketing benefits to businesses and individuals interested in supporting our mission while receiving exposure in the community.

 

Sponsorships opportunities include ad in the event program and HOPE’s Leaving Hoofprints Magazine, banner (provided by you) hung at the event and then in HOPE’s arena or obstacle throughout your sponsorship level, announced at the event, and ad will be posted on website and social media. Level sponsor opportunities include Fall Farm Fest signature fundraising event, Extreme Trail Challenge Buckle Series Competitions and Camp Cowboy Illinois Graduation Ceremony Events!

 

We are looking for business sponsorships for monetary sponsorship level benefits, silent auction or gift basket donations, or in-kind donations. VENDOR INFORMATION

Cost: $25.00 per booth plus one item silent auction/raffle donation. Booths are 10 x10 feet. Vendors must provide their own equipment: canopies, tables, chairs etc. All fees are non-refundable. 

 

Set up Time: Vendors can begin set up at 12pm. Break down anywhere after 8:00pm

Registration closes one week prior to the event.

 

Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.

We reserve the right to censor any booth. Only one vendor per company (ex Scentsy).

FIRST RESPONDER LINEUP INFORMATION

Join us in the First Responder lineup as we honor our local EMS, Firefighters, Police, Military.  We would love to have representatives from all local department and organizations join us! The lineup is scheduled from 4-5pm but feel free to stay as long as you'd like!

All participants can receive volunteer hour credit. You will be in charge of submitting your total hours for recognition and we must have an email address to send. All participant organizations will receive recognition in the event program with a business card size logo if registered at least 2 weeks prior to the event. All participating organizations will be announced during the event!
